Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is a formal eight-week course with a daylong intensive that was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. This highly experiential program is taught around the world to assist people in creating more aware, responsive (rather than reactive), non-judgmental lives. The course is appropriate for anyone interested in becoming more proactive in taking control of their health and well-being.

Where

Courses are taught in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and surrounding areas. Classes are in person. The next class will be taught in Upland

Classes begin on a revolving basis when the class cap is reached. The classes are offered on Fridays from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. One full day-long “retreat” is scheduled between the sixth and seventh weeks on a Saturday.

Cost

The current wait-list course is offered at an introductory and temporary cost of $395 per student. Payment is due prior to the start of the course.
