Dr. John Pellitteri is a licensed psychologist (PSY17624) and board-certified in clinical psychology. He is currently the National Exam Coordinator and Western Regional Director of the American Board of Clinical Psychology, and serves on its board. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychology, and a member of the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. He is a nationally certified counselor, and board-certified in neurofeedback. He is a Certified Learning Disability Specialist through the CCC Chancellor’s office. Dr. Pellitteri has completed the University of California, San Diego Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher Training Institute.
Dr. Pellitteri has Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology, and a Certificate in Criminal Justice and Corrections. He has a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. He has a Post-Doctorate Certificate of Specialization in Neuropsychology, and a Post-Doctorate Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology.
Dr. Pellitteri has worked in private practice for over twenty years providing neuropsychological assessment, psychotherapy, neurofeedback and consultation. He has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level in assessment, biopsychology, abnormal psychology, and other topics.
